Take Your Coaching of Women Leaders to the Next Level

As a leader in your own professional sphere, you know that women leaders have often had to work harder, longer and better than anyone else if they want to succeed– and often without any support.

You also know that we’re on the cutting edge of a revolution in women’s leadership, and that today’s powerhouse women leaders have a chance to change the working world forever.

You want to develop and serve women leaders by helping them to share their gifts, succeed like never before, and show others how to lead lives in alignment, while growing the bottom line for good.

Right now, you’re relying on your natural intuition, common sense, and passion for business as you coach women leaders to rise.

But what would it be like to have proven tools and a reliable system for channeling your natural talent into results that will change the game for the women you serve, and grow your own professional profile to new heights at the same time?

Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin, a world-renowned executive and leadership coach and the Founder of The Gaia Project for Women’s Leadership, is looking for a select group of apprentice coaches to learn our signature coaching system during the summer of 2016 in a new beta program offering.

Elizabeth has used this system to coach thousands of women executives, and she’s made hundreds of thousands of dollars coaching other women as they rise. Her work has been featured in Forbes, The Huffington Post, HuffPost Live, DailyWorth, Elle Magazine, The Glass Hammer and numerous other outlets, and earned the support of women leaders like Arianna Huffington, Ali Brown, Ivanka Trump, Amanda Steinberg, Tara Gentile, and many other high-profile leaders worldwide.
