Hi there! I’m Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin. Welcome.
I am an Executive and Leadership Coach, corporate consultant and collaborator for high-performing executives worldwide.
My clients are high-achieving executives– both corporate and entrepreneurial– who are struggling to take their careers and lives to the next level, and to achieve all they want to achieve without sacrificing their personal lives and goals.
It’s my job to help my clients move from that place of struggle to a place where they are successful according to their own standards, thrilled to be alive, confident in their choices and happier than they ever thought possible. I’ve got a track record of working with some of the most prominent organizations and executives in the nation and around the world, and I’d love to help you, too.
Where I’ve Been
I work with high-performing executives in turmoil because I was one.
I spent the better part of fifteen years as a very successful Wall Street litigator, representing some of the most powerful corporations in the world and the people who sued them. By all appearances, I had a killer resume, a great reputation and more wins that I knew what to do with.
Secretly, however, I was miserable. For years, I worked 80 to 90 hour workweeks, sacrificed my personal life, tried to achieve according to outdated standards of what women in the workplace needed to do to get ahead, and struggled to align my work and my life to my values.
I felt trapped and desperate. In the worst moments, I was blindingly afraid that I would never have the courage to take control of my life, and that nothing would ever change.
The good news is that I was wrong.
I am here to tell you that no matter how bad or uncertain your career or life trajectory feels to you, no matter what you’re up against, and no matter how sure you are that nothing can change, there is hope. You can have a career and a life you love, that still allows you to rise to your best self, share your gifts and change the world.
I can show you how to get there, because I’ve done it.
Here’s What I Believe
I believe that you are here for a purpose, and that denying your gifts to the world means losing out on all you can accomplish, do, and become.
If you are suffering in your current state, there’s a reason. Maybe you are unfulfilled in your career. Maybe you know you have a big mission, but you can’t for the life of you figure out what it is. Maybe you want to change the world, but can’t see how to get there from here.
This work is among the most important work I do with my clients. And trust me, when you begin to live your life on purpose, everything within it becomes an experience of joy.
I believe that your career and your life are yours for the making.
When you are willing to take control of your world, you can have all that you want and more. Will it require you to be brave? Absolutely. Will it challenge you to rise above all that which has kept you down before? Most definitely. Will it throw you outside of your comfort zone more than once? Probably. But if you are game for the ride, the rewards on the other side will be remarkable, and better than you’d ever hoped.
I believe that none of us can do it alone.
At certain points in our lives, the only way out of the ruts in which we find ourselves is to call upon those who have done it themselves and who know how to help. I am one of those people.
I believe that you are made for better things than where you find yourself right now.
If you are here, and you are reading this, you know what I am talking about. You know, deep down, that there is more to you than this. And you know what? You’re right.
That vision you have of the career and life you really want? The one that you think about late at night, with the nagging fear that you will never have it? I believe that it is out there, waiting for you. It is calling your name. You are here on earth to go live it.
I can help you get there.
Through private coaching, group coaching, corporate consulting, and online programs, I lead my clients to places that until recently only existed in their wildest dreams.
My commitment to you is that if you are willing to work hard, examine your life, take risks for great rewards, give hope a chance and dare to believe that you can be what you are meant to be, you will become one of them.
